I’m fascinated by colour and texture, and I approach my paintings as if they were sculptures. I make my own frames, and my paintings have a raw, elemental presence. They’re physical, with materials mixed into the paint, giving them a three-dimensional quality. My inspiration comes from cosmology and beyond, exploring the vastness of the universe in every piece.
